The problem
ISHC ran a high-volume operation without a system of record. Accounts, pipelines, assignments, and documents lived in chat threads and spreadsheets. Nobody had a shared, real-time view. Deals and records fell through the gaps.
What we shipped
AgencyOS, built in four sprint cycles and operated in production. Role-based access, pipeline views, document generation, and team performance on one platform. Xeres still runs the live system at crm.int-shc.org.
Why it is on Xeres
This case exists to show we can build and operate a control plane under real load. It is not an invitation to buy workforce, visas, or seats. Those products are not on this site.
